A relaxing Sunday morning… what’s that? We made our first trip to the St. Paul Farmers Market today and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Diesel woke me up before 6, our dear friend was out on the pond…
Soon we headed for a quick drive to be greeted with fresh fruits, veggies, flowers and even some Bison.
Brad’s new favorite recipe for potatoes: Crusted Red Papper … made right on the grill.
I’m off on Tuesday to Atlanta for Americas Mart, and will hopefully have some posts form there…
Hope you had a wonderful Independence Day!
What do “I Do” with all my wedding photos you may ask, if you are like me you’ve got several but ordering a copy of your top 20-25 may not be in your budget. Maybe you order just one, but how do you capture the whole day in just one photo? It’s simple actually, send me your favorite photos and we can work together to create a custom piece.
In a previous post I have mentioned my travels with Starkey Hearing Foundation; the link below is for the latest Newsletter featuring our trip.
Here are some photo’s from my very first home I bought in St. Paul. It’s a great place in a quite neighborhood in St. Paul, close to people and shopping.
Here’s a shot of the kitchen before the renovation:
The new kitchen renovation doubled my storage space, added several “special” features for my king charles Penelope, and of course added value to my home. Here’s some shots:

Etcetera—(I cannot list all of the things we ate, saw & did in the Big Apple)
The New York City show was as fabulous as ever! We definitely took a big bite out of the Big Apple, and our booth was so popular and so sought-after that Jordan and I cannot wait to return to this bustling city. Our space resembled a simply stylish studio.
It was well-lit and looked like a boutique gallery. Our displays of Jordy Blueprints’ emanated an intense appeal, which reflected a wonderful array of pure art. No wonder we had so many admirers!
Everyone was thrilled that they could stay organized even on a New York minute by using our helpful organizational tools.
We will be back! Come meet Jordan and myself during the Stationery Show in NY from May 17th – 20th. We will be located in booth 1843. We would love to meet you!

Well… it’s new to me at least
My husband helped me pick up this prize I found on Craigslist, here was his first impression:
Check back for the “After” in a month or two, it’s my first upholstery project
If you have some suggestions on fabric send them my way. Here’s a couple I’m pondering…
I found this slick and budget friendly; at a whole $11 for both of my french doors at the Design Sponge Blog a couple of weeks ago. I hadn’t been able to find a new fabric I liked for our doors, nor can a sew. So I was thrilled to be able to put my drawing skills to good use when I found this project. It’s a simple project, you need just a few items:
1. Clear Contact Paper (Found mine at Home Depot) $7.49
2. Paint Marker (White – Jo-Ann Fabrics) $3.24
3. Break knife or razor
